FABRICATE 2011 - Call for Papers

FABRICATE - an international peer reviewed conference and publication - will assess the progressive integration of digital design with manufacturing processes, and its impact on design and making in the 21st century. Discussion on key themes will include: digital craft, representation and realization, material performance and manipulation, off-site and on-site construction, interdisciplinary education, economic and sustainable contexts, automated fabrication, and associated theory. The conference will take place in theBuilding Center in London, 15-16 April 2011
Keynote presentations by Mark Burry, Philip Beesley, Matthias Kohler and Neri Oxman.
