NGV Triennial

The National Gallery of Victoria Melbourne

December 15, 2017—April 15, 2018

From Vogue: The National Gallery of Victoria is set to launch its biggest exhibition of 2017 in December. Named the NGV Triennial, the event is a free global exhibition of art — exclusive to Melbourne — that will be held every three years and seeks to showcase the works of the world’s best artists and designers, exposing the ways in which architecture, fashion, art, design and performance intersect. This year’s exhibition themes (body, change, movement, time and virtual) aim to explore the social, cultural, scientific and physiological ideas of our contemporary world. It will feature the work of 60 artists and designers from over 30 countries around the world. Organized by Simone LeAmon.
