From the website: The honorees follow in the footsteps of past Visionary Award winners, which include Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Marc Andreessen and Gordon Moore. Being honored this year are: Megan Smith— Former chief technology officer of the United States and ex-vice president of Google X; Steve Jurvetson— Co-founder of the Menlo Park venture firm of Draper Fisher Jurvetson; Don Eigler— Noted nanotechnology expert and physicist who was associated with IBM’s Almaden Research Center in San Jose. He is now director at the Wetnose Institute for Advanced Pelagic Studies; Neri Oxman— Architect, designer, inventor, and professor at MIT’s Media Lab; Linda Rottenberg— CEO and co-founder of Endeavor who is known as a "mentor capitalist" because of her frequent consulting to big tech companies and startups.
